What is a facial

A facial is a multi-step, multi-purpose skin treatment including steam, face masks, exfoliation, cleansing, a face massage and a variety of creams and lotions. There are many types of facial treatments, and choosing the one you need depends on your skin type and skin issues. Some are highly moisturizing, others are firming and restoring, while some focus on problem areas and certain skin conditions. No matter the type, all facials have some amazing benefits for your skin:

All theory is done on line prior course and there will be a test to do to clarify your understanding on A&P and shin care

Prerequisites – none this course is for complete beginners

All our trainers are working technicians which gives them an advantage and working knowledge that they love to share with their students. We offer continued support including our ‘Ultimate App’ where you will get access to videos, tips & tricks.

10am – 2pm

Course breakdown:

10 – 11: product knowledge

11 – 12 demo of cleans, tone and massage movement on mani head

12 – 12:30 lunch

12:30 – 1 prep work stations

1 – 2:15 model 1

2:30 – 3:45 model 2

4 – 5 aftercare A&Q

Ultimate would like to see 4 case studies after this course so we can see you understand the process and to iron out any problems

Costs

Course fee £350 without kit.

Kit is optional at £40 which you can purchase on www.theultimatebeautyshop.online

If you do not purchase a kit you will use the trainers products on the day.

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £75 is required to secure your place on the course, with the balance due 14 days prior to the day of the course. Ultimate dose do payments plans please ask your local trainer for details.

Qualification

Our accreditation is through beauty industry approval and will be able to get insurance with there companies but check your insurance company to whether they will add it on. As dermaplaning is using a surgical blade your insurance may be a little higher but our insurance company will cover you as a beginner.

Cancellations

Courses are non-refundable but if you give 7 days notice you may be able to attend an alternative date but this will be up to our discretion as to whether you can attend another date. If we need to change the date of your course we will give you 7 days notice but if it is due to sickness or unforeseen circumstances we will put you on the next available course.
